Hawaii 474 is a newly renovated villa from top to bottom. A 3 bedroom, 3.5 bath luxury villa conveniently located in the heart of Hualalai Resort overlooking the 15th hole of the Jack Nicklaus designed Hualalai Golf Course. Ground floor single-level floor plan features a spacious lanai that extends to a private lawn area - great extra space to enjoy indoor and outdoor living. New beautiful outdoor furniture under a covered lanai allows for great space to create lasting memories. There is a new outdoor grilling lanai with access from the kitchen. The villa is professionally decorated and includes new high-tech features that allow you to enjoy the conveniences of home - flat screen smart televisions, wireless internet, and Sonos Wireless System - providing endless music and video options. The kitchen and multiple dining areas are stocked with everything you need to make this vacation memorable - granite counters with cooking island and bar seating along with a large, 'conversation' dining table provides several options that make entertaining exciting and enjoyable. This villa "lives" like a single-family home with over 2800 sq feet of space.
The primary bedroom features a king bed, spacious walk-in closet, desk area, and a large flat-screen TV. It has an ensuite bath offering a large soaking tub, a glass-enclosed shower, dual vanities and a newly installed signature feature of Hualalai, an outdoor garden shower. The guest bedroom features a king bed and has an en-suite bath featuring a walk-in shower and single vanity. This bedroom also has a large, flat screen TV. The second guest bedroom provides flexibility with two twin beds that can be converted to a king bed, and has a desk area. The ensuite guest bathroom features a combined full tub/shower with a single vanity.
Two, new four-passenger golf carts provide easy access around the resort - the Trading/Coffee Company, Hualalai Spa and the Four Season Hotel are a mere 2-3 minute golf cart ride from the villa.
Beach access is just a short distance down the street (adjacent to the Member-only Canoe Club) with wonderful tide pools for beach exploration.

Resort Dining:
Visit the oceanfront Resident's Beach House, a favorite among homeowners and resort guests and experience some whale watching and amazing sunsets. The popular Beach Tree Restaurant, on the beachfront at the Four Seasons features Italian and Mediterranean cuisine with tropical influences. The Hualalai Grille at the golf clubhouse is an American Steakhouse with island flavors. Ulu remains one of Hawaii Island's best seafood restaurants. Room service is available for pick up at the hotel's front entry and all restaurants will prepare 'meals to go' for golf cart pick up - very convenient!
Four Seasons Resort Access:
Guests at this villa will have access to the Four Seasons Hualalai Resort. A mandatory Daily Resort Guest Fee per person, per day will be payable directly to the resort. The Daily Resort Guest Fee ranges from $70.00 - $216.00 + tax for guests ages 14 & up and $35.00 - $108.00 + tax for guests ages 5-13 depending on the season. This daily fee includes access to the Sports Club & Spa, Golf Course, beach and pool services, all resort restaurants (with the exception of members-only restaurant), ocean activity center, tennis club, kids club, concierge service and a resort-wide charge card and account. Note this fee is subject to change without notice and some restrictions may apply.
